Trip Plan
This 14-day expedition takes place in the far north, where winter storms, icy coastlines, and steep mountain terrain meet the glow of the aurora. The mission combines ski touring and cold-water surfing, with each segment filmed at night beneath bright green and purple Northern Lights. The trip begins along snowy beaches and remote coastal areas, where I camp in isolated locations and prepare for night surf sessions in freezing conditions. From there, the expedition shifts into the mountains, ski touring by headlamp and moonlight while the auroras move overhead.
Throughout the journey, I travel through quiet Arctic settlements and remote villages, spending time with locals who live in some of the harshest and most beautiful environments in the world. The route links together coastal breaks, ridgelines, and icy beaches,, without naming exact locations, focusing instead on the atmosphere and the rare combination of snow, ocean, and night sky. This trip is built around cinematic potential — true once-in-a-lifetime imagery that cannot be replicated anywhere else.

Brand Integration

The entire expedition can be shaped around the supporting brand’s values, whether highlighting performance in extreme environments, environmental storytelling, cold-water culture, or the uniqueness of Arctic exploration. The mission will produce a large library of night-surf, ski, lifestyle, and aurora-driven content, along with a fully customised documentary film that the brand will own completely.
